Server rooms are air-conditioned using a natural cooling system with chillers and air heat exchangers located on a specially equipped site in the closed guarded courtyard of the data center building.

The data center is powered by four independent mutually redundant power sources (input from two independent suppliers with an intelligent load distribution system, battery UPS system, diesel).

At what time is it possible to work with equipment?

The data center is open 24/7 for authorized persons.

How to get to the data center?

Data center address: Pod Rafandou 906, 39181 Veselí nad Lužnicí.

To access the data center, you must apply a request for passes to the technical support service of ATLEX. The request should include the full name of the persons visiting the data center. These passes would be valid with the presentation of a passport/other identity documents.

Access is granted only to the owners of the equipment located in the data center or their authorized persons.

How to appoint authorized persons:

  1. Authorized persons may be registered in the supplementary agreement to the Contract.
  2. For authorized persons, a notarized power of attorney can be issued, specifying the actions that can be performed with the customer's equipment (delivery and maintenance, including replacement of components). The original power of attorney, or its certified copy, will need to be transferred to the data center engineer.

Can our racks be sealed?

Yes, your rented rack can be sealed if you request it.

The sealing is done with numbered seals, the number of which is indicated in a bilateral act. One copy is given to you, and one remains in the data center.

How is the security of the equipment components located in the data center ensured?

An electronic access system with various levels, a strict time limit, and external and internal video surveillance systems ensure the security of the data center and your equipment.

Apart from the additional security level, you can seal the lid, fasteners, or a cover lock with a numbered seal. A numbered seal is specified in the bilateral act. You receive one copy, and one is in the data center.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. We offer clear and fully functioning solutions. Additional services are only optional.

How is the payment made?

Invoices shall be issued 10 days before the end of the period. For annual payment, you will be billed for 12 months, at a discounted rate. We accept multiple payment methods, including cash and cashless payments. Learn more about all payment methods here.

Can I pay in rubles?

The tariff is in euros, but you can make payment in rubles at the current exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation on the day of the invoice.
