Does using your VPS in Russia guarantee compliance with the requirements of Federal Law 152 “On Personal Data” for our customer databases?

Yes, the key requirement of Federal Law 152 is the storage and processing of personal data of Russian citizens on Russian territory. By hosting your services on our VPS, which are physically located in Russia, you are complying with this basic requirement. Responsibility for configuring the software and security measures on the server itself lies with your company as the personal data operator.

How is data backup organized on the server?

Automatic backup by our infrastructure is not included in the standard VPS tariffs. We strongly recommend that customers implement their own strategy for backing up critical data. For this purpose, you can rent additional FTP storage from us, where you can set up automatic uploading of your backups from VPS, or use third-party cloud solutions. Control over backups remains in your hands.

Which operating systems can I install?

You can choose the operating system from ready-made templates or install it from your ISO image.

We do not check your licenses, but please keep in mind that copyright compliance is the responsibility of the server tenant.

What software is allowed?

You can use any software; we do not check your license.

How is the payment made?

With a monthly subscription, payment is made by calendar months. Usually, invoices are issued 10 days before the end of the period. However, if you pay for six months or more, you are billed with a discount. We accept various payment methods, including PayPal, credit cards, cashless payments.
