Does our ISO standard (e.g. 27001) require automatic backup to be mandatory at the provider infrastructure level? What do you suggest?

Our VPSs do not include built-in automatic backups by default, as the frequency, history depth, and storage requirements for backups vary greatly from project to project and standard to standard. This gives you the flexibility to implement a backup strategy that best fits your internal procedures and standard requirements. However, for convenience, we offer optional leasing of a separate FTP storage that you can use to organize your backups according to your policy.

How do you ensure that your infrastructure is scalable to meet the growing demands of an ISO compliant project if resources are needed that do not fit into the current VPS rate?

Our predefined VPS rates provide a stable level of resources that are important for planning within the standards. If your project requires resources beyond the maximum VPS-6 rate or requires a non-standard configuration, we offer a Virtual Data Center (VDC) tier solution. In VDC you get a pool of cloud resources (vCPU, RAM, HDD/SSD), where you can create and configure virtual servers of any required configuration, providing flexible scaling within your own managed cloud environment.

Which operating systems can I install?

You can choose the operating system from ready-made templates or install it from your ISO image.

We do not check your licenses, but please keep in mind that copyright compliance is the responsibility of the server tenant.

What software is allowed?

You can use any software; we do not check your license.

Are there any hidden fees?

The price is excluding VAT and is final. No hidden fees. Additional services are only optional.

How is the payment made?

With a monthly subscription, payment is made by calendar months. Usually, invoices are issued 10 days before the end of the period. However, if you pay for six months or more, you are billed with a discount. We accept various payment methods, including PayPal, credit cards, cashless payments. Do you give any guarantees?

We give a 100% guarantee for a full refund if you are not satisfied with our services’ quality within the first 30 days.
