You are the administrator of your virtual server. This means you determine what data is stored where, how it is processed and encrypted, and control access. Our sysadmins do not have access to the contents of your server without your explicit permission and support request.

Our key value for GDPR projects is the physical location of infrastructure and data in Russia. Security is ensured on several levels: physical security of data centers, reliability of hardware (Xeon-powered servers with ECC RAM) and network infrastructure. Important: Our system administrators do not have day-to-day access to the contents of your VPS. Access to your server at the OS level is only made upon your request to our support team for a specific technical issue and only with your explicit permission. The responsibility for the security of the operating system, installed software, encryption and protection of the data directly processed on the server lies with you as the administrator. Our model provides the necessary level of isolation and control for GDPR.
With a monthly subscription, payment is made by calendar months. Usually, invoices are issued 10 days before the end of the period.
