Will a VPS with 1GB of RAM (VPS-1 plan) be enough for my Docker containers?

VPS-1 is great for developing, testing and running very lightweight applications (e.g. static website, small bot, training project). For most production tasks, especially with databases or multiple services, we recommend considering VPS-2 and higher rates so that containers have enough memory without swap, which severely degrades performance. Always evaluate the requirements of your images!

Can you help with setting up Docker or migrating my containers to your server?

Our technical support ensures that the server itself (hardware, network, availability) and the underlying OS are up and running 24/7. We promptly solve problems at this level. Configuring Docker Engine, orchestrators (Compose/Swarm/K8s), configuring individual containers and migrating applications are tasks that require expertise in specific technologies and your application. They are performed by the customer or their system administrator. We provide a stable and powerful platform for them to work from.

Which operating systems can I install?

You can choose the operating system from ready-made templates or install it from your ISO image.

We do not check your licenses, but please keep in mind that copyright compliance is the responsibility of the server tenant.

What software is allowed?

You can use any software; we do not check your license.

Are there any hidden fees?

The price is excluding VAT and is final. No hidden fees. Additional services are only optional.

How is the payment made?

With a monthly subscription, payment is made by calendar months. Usually, invoices are issued 10 days before the end of the period. However, if you pay for six months or more, you are billed with a discount. We accept various payment methods, including PayPal, credit cards, cashless payments. Do you give any guarantees?

We give a 100% guarantee for a full refund if you are not satisfied with our services’ quality within the first 30 days.
