What if my site needs more resources during Black Friday than I ordered?

We recommend choosing a plan with capacity reserve in advance, focusing on traffic forecasts. If the load exceeds the capabilities of the current VPS, the best solution will be to quickly switch to a higher tariff plan to instantly get additional resources and not to risk the stability of the site. For non-standard needs we also have a virtual data center service.

How do I keep my data (e.g., order database) safe during a sale?

Data backup is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend implementing your own backup solution. Optionally, you can rent a separate backup storage (FTP) from us to store critical copies of your data.

Which operating systems can I install?

You can choose the operating system from ready-made templates or install it from your ISO image.

How is the payment made?

With a monthly subscription, payment is made by calendar months. Usually, invoices are issued 10 days before the end of the period. However, if you pay for six months or more, you are billed with a discount. We accept various payment methods, including PayPal, credit cards, cashless payments.
