Can I use a VPS for a game server?

Yes! VPS-2 and higher tariffs are great for Minecraft, ARK and other games (up to 20-30 players).

Do you support backups?

You are given full access to your server, so we recommend setting up backups through your favorite tools — it gives you flexibility.

Which operating systems can I install?

You can choose the operating system from ready-made templates or install it from your ISO image.

We do not check your licenses, but please keep in mind that copyright compliance is the responsibility of the server tenant.

What software is allowed?

You can use any software; we do not check your license.

All responsibility for the installed software is the responsibility of the server tenant.

Are there any hidden fees?

The price is excluding VAT and is final. No hidden fees. Additional services are only optional.

How is the payment made?

With a monthly subscription, payment is made by calendar months. Usually, invoices are issued 10 days before the end of the period. However, if you pay for six months or more, you are billed with a discount. We accept various payment methods, including PayPal, credit cards, cashless payments. Do you give any guarantees?

We give a 100% guarantee for a full refund if you are not satisfied with our services’ quality within the first 30 days.
