Trademark Policy of Okey-Telecom LLC

Please note: This document is an English translation of the document found here. In the event of a conflict between the Russian version of this document and this translation, the Russian version shall prevail. Only the Russian version of this document found here is legally binding.

1. Introduction and Objective

Okey-Telecom LLC (the "Company") is the legal owner of exclusive rights to the following registered trademarks in the Russian Federation:

• Trademark No. 1116586: The pictorial trademark (logo) "ATLEX".
• Trademark No. 1105401: The word trademark "ATLEX".

These trademarks (the "ATLEX Trademarks") are valuable assets of the Company and symbolize our reputation, quality of service and technological solutions.

The purpose of this Policy is to clearly define the rules for the use of the ATLEX Trademarks, to protect our legal rights against misuse, infringement or dilution, and to inform employees, partners, customers and the public of our rights and requirements.

2. Right holder

The exclusive rights to the ATLEX Trademarks are owned by:

3. Registered Trademarks

The Company holds trademark certificates issued by the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent):

• Certificate No. 1116586: The pictorial trademark (logo) "ATLEX". ICCTU Classes: 9, 35, 37, 38, 42.
• Certificate No. 1105401: The word trademark "ATLEX". ICCTU Classes: 9, 35, 37, 38, 42.

4. Authorized Use of ATLEX Trademarks

• Company: Okey-Telecom LLC shall be free to use the ATLEX Trademarks in any lawful manner in connection with its activities, including but not limited to: advertising, marketing, atlex.ru website, documentation, software, presentations, souvenirs, business correspondence.
• Partners and Licensees: Third parties (partners, dealers, resellers, agents) may use the ATLEX Trademarks only with prior written consent (license agreement) or express written permission issued by an authorized representative of Okey-Telecom LLC. Such use must strictly comply with the terms of the agreement/permission and the usage guidelines provided by the Company (if applicable).
• Customers and Users: Customers and users of the Company's services/products may use the ATLEX Trademarks for informational purposes only, to accurately indicate that they are using the services or products provided under these trademarks. Any use that could give the false impression of sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation with the Company or that the user is himself or herself a Company is strictly prohibited.
• Media and the Public: The media and the public may use the ATLEX Trademarks in editorial or news stories, provided that such use is in good faith, is not misleading as to the ownership of the marks, and does not damage the Company's reputation or the value of the trademarks. Reference to the right holder (Okey-Telecom LLC) at the first mention is welcome.

5. Prohibited Use of ATLEX Trademarks

Any use of the ATLEX Trademarks or confusingly similar designations is strictly prohibited without the express prior written permission of Okay Telecom LLC, including but not limited to:

• Registration of domain names containing "atlex" or similar designations when done for the purpose of sale, transfer, unfair use or confusion.
• Use of the ATLEX Trademarks as or as part of the trade name, commercial designation or trademark of a third party.
• Manufacture, sale, advertising or distribution of goods or services under signs identical or similar to the ATLEX Trademarks, if this may cause confusion.
• Placing ATLEX Trademarks on any material (including online content) in a manner that may damage the Company's business reputation or defame the trademarks.
• Any use that could give the false impression of affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or affiliation with Okay Telecom LLC when it is not true.
• Making changes, distortions that impair the perception or detract from the distinctiveness of the ATLEX Trademarks (including changing colors, proportions, adding elements, etc.), except as specifically permitted by the Company (e.g., in the provided ATLEX Logo Guidelines and ATLEX Logo Rules).
• Use of ATLEX Trademarks in third party advertising or marketing materials without authorization.

6. Responsibilities of Third Parties

All third parties using the ATLEX Trademarks with the Company's authorization are obliged to:

• Strictly comply with the terms of the granted permission or license agreement.
• Use the Trademarks only as registered or in accordance with Company-approved usage guidelines.
• Clearly indicate that the Trademarks belong to Okey-Telecom LLC, usually by using the ® symbol (registered trademark), and/or a text mention: "ATLEX® is a registered trademark of Okey-Telecom LLC".
• Stop using the Trademarks immediately upon expiration of the authorization or license agreement.

7. Actions in the Event of a Violation

Okey-Telecom LLC takes the protection of its intellectual property rights seriously. The Company will monitor cases of possible infringement and take all necessary measures to stop them and protect its rights, including, but not limited to:

• Sending letters of complaint with a demand to stop infringement.
• Applying to antimonopoly authorities (FAS of Russia) for unfair competition.
• Submitting lawsuits to the court demanding prohibition of use, damages or compensation.
• Applying to domain name registrars to resolve issues related to cybersquatting.

8. Reporting Possible Violations

If you become aware of a possible infringement of Okey-Telecom LLC's rights in the ATLEX Trademarks, please notify us immediately at the following address:

In your message, provide as much detail as possible about the alleged infringement (links to web pages, screenshots, description of goods/services, details of the infringer, etc.).

9. Disclaimer of Liability

This Policy is not an exhaustive statement of the rights and obligations of Okey-Telecom LLC or third parties with respect to trademarks and shall not be construed as granting any licenses or permissions other than those expressly granted in a written agreement with the Company. The Company reserves the right to change this Policy at any time. An up-to-date version will always be available at atlex.ru.
